Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Right to Cancel and Refund
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any reason. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your items at info@foldupworks.co.uk. Once notified, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
Exchanges
If you would prefer an exchange rather than a refund (e.g., for a different size or a replacement for a damaged item), please let us know when you contact us. We replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Condition of Returns
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund if the value of the goods has been reduced by unnecessary handling.
Return Shipping Costs
Except in the case of faulty or damaged goods, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the items to us. Shipping costs from the original order are refundable at our standard delivery rate, but the cost of returning the item is not.
How to Start a Return
Please email info@foldupworks.co.uk with your order number and photos (if the item is damaged). We will provide you with the return address and further instructions.
